innogy eMobility Limited and its German parent company acquired by Compleo Charging Solutions

Compleo’s acquisition marks another step in the German company’s inorganic growth strategy. It has set its sights on becoming Europe’s leading provider of full-service charging technologies.

Work is now underway to integrate the entire innogy eMobility Solutions business, including its e-mobility software services, existing customers and workforce into the Compleo Group structure.

Compleo is one of Europe’s leading full-service providers of charging technology. The Dortmund-based company started production of its first charging stations in 2009 and currently employs more than 500 people.

With innogy eMobility Solutions joining its ranks, Compleo will offer cutting-edge AC and DC charging stations, high-performing software services and on-site services for major projects.

innogy eMobility will start rebranding to Compleo during Q1 of 2022.
