Our AC chargers come with a 3 year manufacturer warranty as standard, so you know you’re covered. This covers all parts and labour for the first 12 months, and parts only for months 13-36.

We will aim to respond within one working day but it’s usually much quicker than that. We can often resolve the vast majority of issues remotely, via our backend platform (when an eOPERATE licence is active). If we need to send an engineer to site we will aim to fix the charger within 5 working days, dependent on parts availability and location. Remote parts of the UK can sometimes take a bit longer.
*The Compleo extended warranty (Compleo eCARE) covers hardware including the eCLICK, eBOX smart, eBOX professional, eBOX touch, eBOX smart cable, eBOX professional cable, eBOX touch cable generation 3 only. It does not cover poles, locks, RFID cards, bespoke branding, concrete foundations, matt-e devices or other accessories. For tethered units, cable failure is covered under warranty unless it caused by accidental or malicious damage or vandalism. Compleo eCARE+ includes a 2 year eOPERATE licence.
