Case Study: Teesside University drives towards a net zero campus with Compleo

As part of its mission to create a net zero campus, Teesside University is working with Compleo to upgrade and expand the EV charging facilities offered across its sites in the North East of England.

A total of 25 Compleo eBox charge points have been installed to date, making it more convenient for drivers to charge their vehicles whilst on campus, and easier for the University to monitor, control and set its own tariffs for charging.

Staff have the convenience of simply tapping an RFID card to activate a charging session, allowing the University to monitor consumption and recover costs through payroll, whereas students and visitors pay directly for charging via an easy-to-use app.

With support from Compleo, Teesside University is fast becoming one of the leading e-mobility hubs in the North East.
