Following our recent communication regarding the closure of Compleo Charging Solutions UK offices, we would like to provide an update on the next stage for obtaining assistance with your charging stations.
Although Compleo Charging Solutions UK is closing, we would like to reassure you that Compleo Charging Solutions Germany will continue to manufacture smart charging technologies and will honour the remaining warranty period for your charging hardware.
Please note that from 1st November 2025, any faults relating to your charging hardware can no longer be reported via email or telephone.

Before you complete the web form below, contact your backend provider, if applicable, as over 90% of issues are often related to software. Please note that Compleo’s support is focused on hardware-related topics only. For any non-hardware enquiries, we kindly ask you to reach out to the responsible partners.
Next Steps
1. Click on the following link https://www.compleo-charging.com/en/consultation and choose the UK web form
2. When completing the UK web form, please provide all mandatory information, especially the following information: – Charging station serial number – Fault description – Site details (including site contact name, number and email address)
3. Once submitted, you will receive a case number via email, which should be retained for reference should you need to follow up on your enquiry
4. Your case will then be reviewed and assigned to a service agent who will arrange support
